Terms of service
These terms govern your use of IRMA and its optional Google Workspace connection, irma-gog, operated by Geraeldo Sinaga. By using the application, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the application or connect an account. Contact [email protected] with questions.
The service
IRMA is a self-hosted AI assistant for authorized users. The Google connection supports tasks involving Calendar, Drive, Slides, Sheets, and Docs, subject to the permissions you grant and the features configured for the installation. Access to the private installation is granted by its operator; these public pages do not create an entitlement to an account.
Your accounts and instructions
Connect only accounts you own or are authorized to use. You are responsible for your instructions, configured routines, content, and the permissions you grant. Keep your access credentials secure and notify the operator if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use IRMA to access data without permission, violate another person's rights, distribute malicious content, or break applicable law or Google's service rules.
Tasks may create, modify, share, or delete files and events when allowed by your instructions and Google permissions. Review permissions, task results, sharing settings, and automation settings carefully. Maintain backups of important data.
AI outputs and third-party services
AI responses and actions may be incomplete or incorrect. Review important outputs and actions before relying on them. IRMA is not a substitute for qualified professional advice. Google, AI providers, and other connected services have their own terms, policies, availability, and limits. IRMA is independently operated and is not endorsed by Google.
Your content and privacy
You retain your rights in your content. You authorize the processing of that content only as needed to provide your requested features and operate the service as described in the privacy policy. You must have the necessary rights and permissions for any content you submit or instruct IRMA to process.
Availability and responsibility
The service is provided as available, without a promise of uninterrupted operation, error-free results, or suitability for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator disclaims implied warranties and liability for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing in these terms excludes rights, warranties, or liabilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded.
Stopping use and suspension
You may stop using IRMA and revoke the Google connection at any time from your Google Account connections. Contact the operator to request deletion of stored data as explained in the privacy policy. The operator may suspend or discontinue access for misuse, security risks, maintenance, or discontinuation of the installation.
Changes and contact
We may update the application and these terms. Updated terms will be published here with a revised effective date, and material changes will be communicated to affected users. If you do not accept an update, stop using the service. Questions can be sent to Geraeldo Sinaga at [email protected].
